We invite you and your coaches to the 57th Annual Gymnastics Association of Texas Convention at the beautiful Renaissance Hotel in Austin, Texas.

We offer two different ticket options. Conference registration which allows you to attend all open sessions, OR our ITP (Instructor Training Programs) registration (includes general lectures). Both options include your annual GAT membership dues. Be sure to check our website for any updates provided from us prior to attending the conference.

We rotate our Instructor Training Programs (ITP) annually, so they are not all offered each year. The ITP courses for 2024 are listed below. To learn more about which course is right for you check out the detailed ITP course descriptions found in the ITP Courses tab at gatx.org. You must attend the entire ITP course to receive your certificate. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation for any off-site courses.

●      ITP 101 Recreational - 12-hour course Saturday/Sunday (3 hrs. Offsite on Sunday)

●      ITP 102 Preschool Recreational - 12-hour course Saturday/Sunday (3 hrs. Offsite on Sunday)

●      ITP 103 - Rec Boys - 6-hour course Sunday

●      ITP 501 - T&T - 12 hour course Saturday and Sunday w/offsite hands on - site TBD

●      ITP 601 Brain & Body - 6-hour course Sunday

What Are The Ticket Deadlines and Prices?

Are there any discounts for groups?   
We are not offering discounts this year.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable? 
You can transfer your event ticket/registration to someone else just by updating your order information with the new attendee's information by August 15th.  You can also make changes to your ticket type and pay any differences in price.

What if I don't know the name of my coach yet?  You may purchase tickets early by typing name as “Coach 1”, “Coach 2”, etc.  Once coaches names are known, you may email gatxreg@gmail.com, by August 15th, with name changes. You may also log back into Eventbrite and make name corrections yourself. (see instructions above.)  No name changes will be made to tickets after August 15th.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?  It is best that you bring your printed ticket with you to the event to avoid any questions about registration.  An ID may be required to pick up your ticket.

How do I get my name badge?
Friday Night 5:30-9:00 PM

- Tables will be set up to pick up all pre-registration packets for Individual, Group & Life Member.

DOWNSTAIRS BOOTHS - Speakers & Onsite Registration. Cash, checks & credit cards accepted.

Saturday & Sunday 7:30 AM - 5 PM
DOWNSTAIRS BOOTHS - ALL registration pickups and payments.


Can I purchase my ticket onsite?
Yes tickets will be for sale via Eventbrite throughout the conference by credit card. You can also pay with cash or check onsite.


What evening events are planned during GAT?

Saturday, August 31

Life Member & Past Presidents' Luncheon - Bluebonnet @ 11:30 AM - Luncheon for GAT Life Members.
Information will be mailed to past presidents and life members.

Ceremony of Honors - Glass Oaks Ball Room @ 6:30 PM - Come honor your fellow coaches and National/International athlete award winners at this special ceremony. All are welcome to attend, but get their early to secure your seat.

Banquet @ 7:30 - 10:30 PM- Keynote Speaker - Katelyn Ohashi. Full Dinner will be served. Cash Bar will be available. Theme is “Casino Night”- Come enjoy the games with us!

Where can we buy GAT Tshirts?   GAT is not offering t-shirts this year. Plans are to only sale shirts during Olympic years.

Substitution/Transfer Policy?  There will be a $25 fee, paid onsite, for any changes in name or ticket types made after August 15th and before August 31st.  There will be no name changes made after August 15th.  

Refund policy?  
ALL refunds must be requested in writing by either US Mail or by email and sent to the address on the registration form or to gatxreg@gmail.com.  Requests must be postmarked before midnight on 8/15/24. Refunds are available less a $55.00 processing fee.  Absolutely no refunds after 8/5/24.
