Help Us Support Gymnastics Clubs Affected by Recent Hurricanes

The Gymnastics Association of Texas, in partnership with the National Gymnastics Association (NGA), Tumbl Trak, and iClassPro, is raising funds to help gymnastics clubs devastated by Hurricanes Helene and Milton. These clubs are essential to their communities, providing a safe space for young athletes to train and grow.

100% of donations will go directly to the affected gyms to help replace equipment and repair facilities. You can contribute by donating funds, providing new or gently used equipment, or sharing this message within the gymnastics community.

Join us in rebuilding hope for these clubs!

A Spotlight on Men’s Gymnastics

In light of the upcoming Paris Olympics and significant changes to the FIG code and USAG Program Routines, our convention pays special attention to men’s gymnastics. The program includes a comprehensive update on compulsory routines and technical sequences for various age groups, delivered by experts such as Tom Meadows and Sam McArthur. Live demonstrations on apparatus like the Pommel Horse and Parallel Bars, led by esteemed coaches including Matt Henry, will provide real-time insights and coaching techniques.

Noteworthy speakers such as Ivan Ivankov, a gymnastics world champion, and other renowned figures like Felippe Mendonca and Lance Ringnald will delve into topics ranging from developing a champion’s mindset to effective program culture and the intricacies of athlete and team management. Their sessions are set to inspire and equip coaches with the tools needed to foster excellence in their athletes and programs.

Unforgettable Evening Event

Our Saturday night banquet promises to be an extraordinary affair with a thrilling Casino Night theme. Attendees will enjoy a fun-filled evening playing casino games, where they can mingle, network, and relax in a vibrant setting. The night will also feature an Olympic-themed silent auction, offering unique memorabilia and experiences, with proceeds going to support gymnastics programs.

Highlighting the evening will be our keynote speaker, Katelyn Ohashi, whose insights and stories will captivate and inspire all those present. This combination of fun, education, and networking makes the banquet a must-attend event within the convention.
